Global Ledger Is Not Part of the OpenFX Acquisition
Recent reports have incorrectly linked Global Ledger to an acquisition by OpenFX. Global Ledger is not involved in this transaction and has no connection to the announced deal.
Over the past few days, reports have circulated claiming that Global Ledger was acquired by OpenFX. This information is false. Global Ledger has not been acquired by OpenFX, and no transaction between the two companies has taken place.
Our understanding is that the announced transaction concerns a separate third-party entity that shares the name “Global Ledger.” It is not affiliated with Global Ledger, the blockchain analytics and AML company operating at globalledger.io.
Some publications have nevertheless used Global Ledger’s name, logo, and other brand assets across media outlets, Telegram channels, LinkedIn groups, and other platforms, incorrectly associating Global Ledger with the announced deal.Global Ledger continues to operate as usual, with no changes to its operations, management, ownership, or corporate structure related to these reports.
