Hanna Khrystianovych Appointed as CEO

Global Ledger is pleased to announce the appointment of Hanna Khrystianovych as Chief Executive Officer. The appointment completes a leadership transition planned from the moment Hanna joined Global Ledger as Chief Operating Officer. Over the following years, she progressively assumed broader responsibility across the business and worked closely with Global Ledger co-founder Lex Fisun through a structured handover. As COO, Hanna has played a central role in shaping how Global Ledger operates, develops its products and works with clients. She enters the CEO role with a deep understanding of the business, strong relationships with the team and clients, and a clear vision for its future.

Lex Fisun, Global Ledger’s co-founder, will move from the CEO role into an advisor role, continuing to support the company’s long-term strategic and technological direction.
